Returns and Exchanges


 

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We aim to please, so if you’re not completely pleased with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it better!

Read our policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues!

  • All returns packages must be received back at our Fulfillment Center within 30 days* of the date your order shipped from us (that’s the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email.)

    *For international orders, packages must be received by our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us.

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back at our Fulfillment Center.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (U.S.) customers.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for different items at this time.
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date (you may still be eligible for store credit if the return is received after 30 days as long as the item is not final sale. Late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.)
    • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
    • Free gifts
    • Items purchased through a third party (such as VeganCuts.com) may only be exchanged for a different size.
    • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

First, make sure you’ve read our Returns & Exchanges Policy above. As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, follow these easy steps for your region:

  1.  Go to My Account to view your Recent Orders. Orders eligible for return will have a Request Return option. Submit a request and we will email you with your shipping label to include with your package.
  2.  Place your item(s) in unworn condition and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, to view your Recent Orders, select the right order number, and print it out.)
  3.  Print out our Return Authorization Sheet and fill it out.
  4.  Specify whether this is a Return or Exchange(If this is an exchange please specify which size you would like.)
  5.  Enter a Reason Code using the options listed under Return Reason Codes.
  6.  Place your Return Authorization Sheet and invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition in a securely sealed package.

Our return labels are printed through the US Postal Service.

For US POSTAL SERVICE:

  • Take your package to a US Post Office. Find locations here.
  • We do not recommend giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or in your residential mailbox. This often requires a significant amount of delivery time, which could cause additional delays in processing your return.
  • Jot down the tracking number on the label so you can check on the delivery status. We’ll email you when we process your return!
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for package transit.

International Returns

Make sure you’ve read the Returns & Exchanges policy above. (Please note that we currently do not offer international exchanges.) As long as your items are eligible for return and fall within the 60-day international returns window, follow these easy steps:

  1.  Go to My Account to view your Recent Orders. Orders eligible for return will have a Request Return option. Submit a request and we will email your return instructions.
  2.  Place your item(s) in unworn condition and the order invoice in a securely sealed shipping package. (If you misplaced your invoice, simply go to My Account, to view your Recent Orders, select the right order number, and print it out.)
  3.  Print out our Return Authorization Sheet and fill it out.
  4.  Specify that you are Returning.
  5.  Enter a Reason Code using the options listed under Return Reason Codes.
  6.  Place your Return Authorization Sheet and invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition in a securely sealed package.

Send your package back to us via your shipping method of choice. Be sure to use a method that provides a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

International Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. However, you can still make a return, as long as it’s received within 60 days of the date your order shipped from us!
